How It Works

4. Workshop build and progress updates: Once you approve the quote we schedule the build. Work typically includes insulation, ply panelling, furniture installation, electrical installation and window fitting. We provide regular updates and an agreed completion date.

5. Handover and final checks: Handover includes a walk-through of installed systems, basic operating notes and documentation for electrical and installed components. We support the checks needed for habitability and safety where requested.

Oversight & Standards

Every enquiry is reviewed against the scope and the components involved. We check that proposed work covers key items such as structural fixing points for furniture, appropriate insulation (for example thermo fleece), correct use of ply panels and suitable sound deadening where needed.
