Introduction

These terms set out the agreement between you and Lincs Camper Conversions for bespoke Campervan Conversions. We provide a written, itemised quote before any work begins. The quote describes scope, materials and estimated timescales.

Services

We plan and build fitted furniture and install systems such as electrical and gas where specified. Electrical and gas installations are completed to meet relevant safety standards. We schedule work and provide progress updates during the build.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate vehicle measurements and disclose any known vehicle faults before work starts. You must approve the itemised quote in writing and pay according to the agreed schedule. You are responsible for arranging any vehicle handover to the workshop on agreed dates.

Payment and quotes

Quotes are itemised and include materials and labour. Any change requests may alter price and timescale and will be documented before work continues. Final payment is due on agreed handover unless otherwise stated in the written quote.

Liability and disclaimers

We limit liability to direct damages arising from our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost travel time or bookings. Where work includes third-party parts, any manufacturer warranties apply; we will provide documentation at handover.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the workshop is located. Disputes should first be raised in writing so we can attempt to resolve them by agreement.
